COMPANY HISTORY

Founded by Steven M. Charendoff in January 1999, Rittenhouse Archives, Ltd. specializes in science fiction and fantasy based collectables, including trading cards, audio cards, limited edition prints, bobble head figures, cereal and more.

Rittenhouse currently boasts more than a dozen licenses, including the entirety of Star Trek, James Bond, Farscape, Stargate SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, Conan, Xena: Warrior Princess, The Twilight Zone (classic) and The Outer Limits (both classic and current), Six Million Dollar Man, Battlestar Galactica (both classic and current), WNBA, The Dead Zone.

Rittenhouse is the only company in its industry to specialize in this particular genre, and is the only trading card company to create and market each of its products exclusively in a limited edition format.

KEY PERSONNEL

Steven M. Charendoff, President and an MBA graduate of The Wharton School (1990), has more than 15 years of professional expertise in the entertainment and sports collectables industry, as well as a lifetime as a collector. Early in his career, Charendoff served in Media Relations for the National Hockey League (1985-88). He later worked as Director of Special Projects for the publicly held Score Board (1991-94) and as Entertainment Director at Fleer/SkyBox (1994-1999), then part of the publicly held Marvel Entertainment Group.

Robert Kohlbus, Vice President of Operations, joined Rittenhouse on a full-time basis in October 2000. A lifelong collector and former publisher of his own dedicated website - www.nonsportcollector.com - Kohlbus oversees the company's office and information systems, and plays a pivotal role in the development of new products and licensing opportunities. Prior to joining Rittenhouse, Kohlbus worked for the University of Maryland as Manager of Website Services.

Denise Dugan, Vice President of Manufacturing, joined Rittenhouse in February 2002. She previously managed production at Fleer/SkyBox and Score Board, and has nearly 10 years experience in the manufacturing and creation of trading cards and related collectables.
