FYI. I emailed a couple different sellers of Bob May unsealed cards, basically asking where the cards came from and why they weren't sealed.

The first seller is one that I deal with fairly often, and I have a certain amount of faith in him. His response was, "I received the card from a dealer who purchased them from Rittenhouse after the license had expired." An interesting answer that raises new questions. Is surplus inventory at Rittenhouse why we have all of these unsealed cards (like the May and Black case toppers)?

The second seller replied, "It came out of a pack. Not sealed." To me, this is just a bold-faced lie (unless someone can tell me otherwise). Although this particular seller is listing some great cards right now, I can't trust him enough to bid on anything.

I don't know for sure about the Bob May, but even when RA puts a case topper into a box it goes in with the sealed topload into the bottom.

I know the Farscape Claudia Black was NOT in packs. Before the recent flood on eBay, they all came in sealed toploads.

Hey everyone, I'm in need of some feedback. I've been looking at a couple of Rittenhouse case toppers (the Bob May A5/Irwin Allen and Claudia Black A6/Farscape cards in particular). I know they're case toppers and I've seen them sold in the sealed toploaders before. However, I've also seen a ton sold unsealed. I asked a seller about the Bob May card just a few minutes ago, and his response was, "It came out of a pack. Not sealed." So, is that legit or not? Did the Bob May card ship in packs? Anyone?
